I booked a service and chain replacement for my road bike with Alex, and the collection and return service made the whole process really convenient.
After the bike was returned, I noticed the gear shifting wasn't quite right, with the chain jumping under load. I got in touch, and the response was excellent. He collected the bike again without any fuss, identified that the rear cassette also needed replacing, and had it back to me within 24 hours.
I really appreciated how quickly and professionally the issue was resolved after my feedback. Great communication, excellent customer service, and a clear commitment to making sure the bike was right before returning it. I'd definitely use his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I needed a mountain bike servicing that was no longer road worthy. Alex was able to repair and replace various parts that were unservicable, in good time. To top it off, he collected it from my home address, and returned it. This saved me the hassle of loading the bike into my car. I’m very happy with the end result, and Alex has been communicative and friendly throughout the process. 5 Stars!

Alex was quick, friendly and professional and it's super helpful for him to come and pick the bike up. The bike is working beautifully now. He also showed me how to look after my bike so that the damage didn't happen again.

Just a brilliant service by Alex all round. He came and collected my bike. Talked me through what he thought was needed, ran all the costs by me first and then delivered the bike back and honestly it’s in the best condition it’s ever been. Highly recommend!!

When I first called Alex, he was fully booked for several weeks unfortunately for me because as well as having my two bikes serviced, I suddenly found that they both has flat tyres. However, when he got a last-minute cancellation/postponement, he took the trouble to get back to me and came and serviced one of the bikes and changed the inner tube within a couple of days. He picked the bike up and returned it promptly and also provided some advice. He was very helpful and I would definitely use him again.

Alex provided excellent service! He was super convenient and flexible, picking up my bike from my doorstep, which was a huge plus. Prompt and quick with responses. The servicing job was fantastic - my bike feels like a brand new bike. Had it back to me quickly. Highly recommend Alex for all your bike servicing needs! Alex came out at the earliest opportunity he had to take my sons bike away to look at over the weekend,after some little darlings decided to mess around with the rear wheel and gears.Upon arrival Alex took a quick look and quickly resolved the problem of realigning everything back to working order.

Very professional at the same time very friendly, and accomodating to my request as a needy customer who wanted a quick fix. My bike was picked up from my address and delivered back sooner than I expected, I do understand and appreciate that it won't be possible all the time! Alex set clear expectation and time to fix the bike, and cost of the work including labour & parts was communicated via text and agreed prior to the work. I am literally amazed by the service and the repair work. Very happy customer, I got my AA break down service for my bike in Stroud...😆 and I am looking forward to get my whole bike serviced sometime soon!
