I'm writing this after my children have been using their balance bike for about 3 years. It's an incredibly well designed piece of kit. A brilliant product. It's super light, amazing to carry, brilliant to ride with the right frame for little people. All round great engineering

Purchased a bike for our daughter's birthday. Really struggled to find a decent balance bike with breaks that would be suitable for her short legs but this bike is absolutely perfect and she loves it. Plus it's pink which is just what she asked for.
It's well made, sturdy and easy to put together. It also arrived much quicker than expected which was ideal because I found it quite close to her birthday and thought it may not arrive on time. Definitely recommend

The bike arrived quickly, was very well packaged and required very little set up. It really is a nice thing, paint is smart, and it feels engineered like a proper bike. Neat brake levers and headset cover show attention to detail

The ordering process was quick and easy to use.
However the efficiency broke down when payment made by Apple Pay and a different delivery address is required as paying by this method did not provide a facility for an alternative address.
This had to be communicated manually to an automated (?) helpdesk chat.
A parcel tracking number was provided on order but on querying the bike was going to its intended destination, a revised number must have been issued but was not sent to me.
I spent a couple of days unsure whether or not my grand daughters bike would arrive as the Pareclforce tracker stated the parcel was unable to be collected on the original number.
Happily the bike arrived where it was intended to go but customer communication could be handled better and systems checked for suitability to cater for customer needs.

Good looking bike that arrived fast and seems fairly good quality. Easy to assemble as well and my boy loves it! It's really fast and smooth with minimal effort for him to race around. The bell broke straight away but aside that it seems good so far!

Upgraded my delivery to ‘express’ when I explained my situation.

From what I understand they are the best bikes on the market and I’m sure my (nearly) two year old will be very happy to open this on his birthday.

Bike arrived quicker than expected, the bike looks great and my little one loves it. I chose the bike as it had all the features I was looking for at the best price point.

Bought as a present, quick and easy ordering

The company sent the wrong bike, they offered no compensation only that I could return and exchange it after I explained that the item had been delivered to my granddaughter and not easily done

Our 2.5 year old had grown out of his 10inch, hard foam wheeled balance bike. He kept falling off it due to the worn wheels and it was not coping with the speeds he was trying to take corners, especially in the damp.

The Hoozar has been brilliant. Well made, well designed and thought out, easy to adjust, lighter and cheaper than other options with the same spec. Decent pneumatic rubber tyres with thick tread. Seat is adjustable with quick release. He has been wizzing around the skate park and off road on it. Should last him now until he gets on a pedal bike in a year or two.

Just received 4 Balance Bikes from Hoozar to use for teaching bike balancing skills in schools.
So many good features on these bikes. They really 'stand out' from other balance bike manufacturers.

• The device for stopping full rotation of handlebars, simple and effective. Can’t tell you how many times I go to schools and fix broken balance bikes by merely rotating the handlebars 180 degrees.
• The wheel nuts – rounded and no edges.
• Stem protector – simple and effective
• Positioning of rear brake – keeps parts away from little legs.
• Foot rest- again simple and effective.
• Even the bell – design to last (many fail).
• Also like the parallel spokes on the wheels.

Would recommend, hoping they bring out a bigger version for bigger kids.

The service was fantastic and we were kept up to date with delivery times, but most importantly the bike is of great quality.

So far, so good. Delivery was as quick as hoped for. Can't yet review the product as it is a Christmas present.
