Brilliant Service Dispensed By A Human.
I rang to enquire about cover and my call was answered by a human in less than 10 seconds. Beat that!
My enquiry was dealt with by 'Charlie' and my policy duly purchased without issue.
Documents arrived promptly. And as promised, links to the department requiring proof of no claims were received.
A query emailed from me to Charlie this morning was answered within the hour.
This is proper customer service.
