You increased the monthly payment…

You increased the monthly payment substantially from that which was shown on your Skoda website calculator.
This should not be allowed at the last minute as it puts the buyer in a situation where they are forced to accept the change.

Good service, happy with car and end result.
There were some long delays, both waiting in showroom and the process, surprised a few things missed but we got there in the end

Could no fault…

…simple & hassle free. Every stage of the process is explained, all questions answered. The team at JCT600 Audi Lincoln were brilliant, Ryan the sales rep was so helpful, from the first email enquiry to handover, nothing was too much trouble and so well explained. Despite the 2hr drive you have found a repeat customer.

put me off VW forever

2O minute wait time on the phone so i thought i would try online. tried 3 times and gives an error. absolute joke of an organisation. update. Been on hold now for 42 minutes only for them to tell me the wait time is still 20 minutes...

23/06/26 UPDATE. Was on hold again today for an hour and sent another two emails. Does anybody actually work in the office?
