Order from September 2025 hasnt arrived

I placed my order September 2025 and still (July 2026) haven´t received my order. I asked them about my order 5 times and they are still replying that they are "confirming the status of your shipment or the details for your refund". The first time I ordered there I received my package after 4 months but a bottle of white paint was missing. Honestly I feel scammed, even the products I received were very good I won´t order there again and lost over 100 bucks now.

Forever waiting

I ordered from them in September 2025 and as of July 5th not received my order. I spent $172.93 and have zero paint. As I waited too long I could not do a chargeback on my credit card. They ignored my email with a request to refund my order and asked me to wait. I checked today to see the status and they had canceled my order and never issued me a refund. They are a scam company that is out to steal your money.

Hit or miss

Well, I was very excited about the paint and I placed an order in March 3 or the sixth, and I didn’t receive the painting until July 4. I was quite excited when I got the paint because I had just gotten out of the hospital from having a heart attack and that lifted my spirit. But the whole Customer Service bad, not getting back to you .I sent I believe it was over 28 times I had to reach out to cultural hustle paint. I decided to wait because after looking at the videos of the paint and myself painting umbrellas. I thought this would just add to my craft. It’s really really really bad Customer Service it’s the worst. But and a big butt I got my paint and let’s see what happens.

Got scammed and can't believe it

Got scammed and can't believe it.

I always wanted to order something from Culture Hustle and waited till I got enough money for some products together. Ordered and paid directly. Since then nothing happened. Thought I might take a while, because I ordered from Germany and that shipping would take some time. But now over a month has passed and the response from customer service are AI generated without any indication of help. No money back and no product for me. Super super super devastated and disappointed. Can't and won't recommend.

Only AI working at the art store.

They sent me the wrong product, after several attempts to contact them about the issue I have only received AI generated emails saying something along the lines of "let me look into that" followed by absolutely nothing else. If your order ships to you on time (it won't) then hope that there is nothing wrong or missing because they have absolutely no customer support.

Also products are not as good as the company wants you to believe. Just go buy black paint at your local art store, it will probably be better.

6+ month order never received or resolved

I placed an order in mid-late December 2025. It’s now July 2026 and I haven’t received my order, haven’t spoken with a human after many attempts, and have no recourse for refund. I could never, in good conscience, recommend this company for anything.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

I’ve bought from this company in the past with no issues prior, But after my recent purchases in 2025, I am never touching anything from this company ever again.

It’s been a year since my last order of his products,I ordered 5 products from this company for a paid project and it’s been over a year and I never received any of them and I lost a client. I never got a tracking number, or updates, just the invoice that I had bought the product.

The customer support is an absolute joke, you either get ghosted or have to talk to a half baked AI so good luck trying to get a refund.

This lack of care and or regards to fulfilling I and many others orders is unacceptable and disgusting.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY OR THEY WILL JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN

2 purchases. 2 failures.

I have ordered from Culture Hustle in the past and previously had no complications, which makes my recent experiences especially disappointing.
Last year, I purchased a couple of new products and then went a long time with no meaningful updates. Eventually, I received a notice from the postal company saying I owed additional duties on top of the product cost and shipping. Since I still had not received clear communication from Culture Hustle, I hesitantly paid the duties. After that, the items were shipped back to the seller without explanation.
I contacted Culture Hustle and, after waiting, was told the issue would be resolved shortly. A few days later, I followed up again and was told it would be handled immediately and that a dedicated representative would take care of my order. It was not actually resolved until about a month later, when my original purchase was quietly refunded. The duties I paid were not refunded.
Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I placed a new order for different products because I no longer needed the original paints. This new order was supposed to be delivered last week, but it still has not even shipped. I contacted the company again last week and, after several days, I still have not heard back.
I really wanted to continue supporting Culture Hustle because I like the idea behind the products, and I had good experiences in the past. But the lack of communication, unresolved shipping issues, lost time, and money lost on duties have made this extremely frustrating. At this point, I am more than disappointed and would caution others to be aware that customer service and fulfillment may be unreliable. Great products do not make up for poor communication and unreliable fulfillment.

They take your money and never ship hoping you forget

Ordered from them. It toom much longer then it should have. Asked them for updates - got same AI responses others have posted here. Begging for more time .. promising updates and to get back to me. they where just buying time.
Send many mails back and forth.
They have since took down my orders from my profile so I can not report them to shopify.

Their customer support is terrible.
My order in 2021 went fine but this time there is nothing. AI promissing me to get back to me and it never does cant charge back with my bank because its too long ago
tried reporting to the UK police - there is a fraud report but they also dont do anything.
this company is a SCAM beware !

A Year Waiting - They canceled, No Refund

I waited a year for my order. I contacted them a few months after I placed the order and they said a plane crashed destroying their cargo. I gave them more time, almost a year exactly, and logged in to see what excuse they had now and they had canceled my order in May and did nor refund me.
