Beautiful products and service. Quick delivery too. The products were packed very well and protected. This Crystal store is one of the few stores I will always choose to shop at first.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Crystified is the only place I source my crystals. I love that they are ethically sourced and the owner has excellent knowledge of their history and energetic properties. Every order is packed with care and attention and the additional touches are just lovely. An exceptional customer experience, highly recommend!

I made my first ever online crystal order and a little opal bat I bought unfortunately came with a broken wing. The lady from Crystified ever so kindly offered to send me another one to replace him. I have honestly had the best customer service experience with an online shop. I will definitely be a repeat customer ♥️

Loved talking with Jade and Ben on lives and them showing their amazing stock! I was able to get a blue appatite sail and sodalite sail and also received a polychrome heart as a freebie, I am blown away by the quality of everything and absolutely recommended them !
