I was captivated by the beauty of these crystals, each shimmering under the lights, unique and seemingly imbued with its own story and soul. However, during a casual conversation, the client inadvertently mentioned several negative aspects of the market, such as rampant counterfeits, inferior products, and even some merchants charging customers a lot but failing to deliver. These revelations left me shocked and disappointed. That night, I couldn't find peace at home. I kept thinking: How could such beautiful crystals be tarnished by these market practices? China has a tradition of excellent business ethics. Our proverbs say, 'no pointed peak, no trading,' which comes from the way rice is piled high in a bowl to make a pointed top. This shows that the seller always gives a bit more to make the customer happy, which is important for a business that lasts." Moreover, China, hosting one of the world's leading crystal wholesale markets, needs a reputation for integrity. The more I learned about the crystal market, the more I felt the need for change. Why not establish a brand that not only showcases the beauty of crystals but also changes the status quo of the industry? What We Do Thus began my journey. I visited numerous crystal factories and wholesalers, interacted with experts and artisans, learning to distinguish real from fake crystals, understanding their mining and processing, and comparing different quality products to gain a deeper understanding of these magical stones. In this process, I realized the importance of establishing strict standards to ensure the quality and ethics of our crystals: From the source, we carefully select partners who use pure, natural crystals without any dyeing, electroplating, or synthetic processing. Products like opalite or fake turquoise are not on our list. For our main products, we send them to professional testing agencies to obtain crystal testing reports. The staff at Kiki Crystal are legit. They respond quickly to emails and are always willing to accommodate preferences that make sense (for example one type of crystal for another of the same value. I had asked for daggers in an order and requested moss agate instead of quartz and they happily obliged). I also had 2 orders at the same time with video requests and paid for both but since they could combine my order, they - on their own - refunded the second video cost. The crystals come packaged incredibly well and I've always received my packages in less than 10 days. I always order from here. Infact I'm waiting on an order right now lol

Wonderful Company great service.
