Horrible customer service, needs to get their business ops together

I had to follow up multiple times with customer service to get my order (ordered December 22 and still couldn't get the product by February 5th). They were advertising for 60% off even though I had paid full price and was trying to get an answer from their customer service.

Ended up getting overcharged, had to pay for shipping 3 times.

Bad experience

I ordered on December 5th and still have not received my order! There hasn’t been any update on it since the 15th. I have contacted customer service now three times with NO response. This is extremely disappointing considering it’s my first time ordering from them and I also purchased the shipping protection. I just sent customer service another email so if they don’t respond this time then I am going to have a file a claim with my credit card company because this is ridiculous and at this point I just want my money refunded. I paid $81 total which is expensive for this lack of care for their customers. I also read a review stating that they filter out their customer reviews on their site and only publish 50% of them which is very misleading! The other 50% I’m sure are the negative ones. Will never purchase from this company again.

Very pleased with my 2026 planner

I had very positive experience with Magic of I. It was my first time ordering. I got a bundle of 2026 astrology planner in white and a free zodiac notebook (I was able to choose my sign). And I also got digital calendar to accompany my physical planner. The order came quicker than I expected. It was in a beautiful box. No damage to the journals, in perfect condition. And I also got a free sticker. I can’t wait for the new year to start using it.

I’m new to astrology and the planner and digital calendar do seem a bit overwhelming but as it says inside I don’t need to use all of the information straight away. I can start small with just tracking the moon, and it’s already going to be useful. It has all of the explanations, which I was mostly able to understand. I love that it has this system inside (Optimum Times Life Guide) that basically gives you few words for each day to summarise what the day will bring and what all the planet movements mean as a whole, it has a description of these words in the beginning. I find it very useful and for this feature alone the planner is worth it. Also menstruation tracking really makes sense after I read the guide, and I’m going to use it.

Physical appearance of the planner and notebook: I love the covers on touch and how they look. The gold on the planner reflects beautifully and on the zodiac one the writing on the cover is holographic. I like the edges of the notebooks. The spines have writings on them. Also a very nice touch with ribbon bookmarks (one silver, one gold in the planner, one in the zodiac notebook) and elastic band. I didn’t experience any tarnishing yet. But I read online that you can get a Hobonichi A5 plastic cover for it.

Digital calendar has a lot of information in it, but you can turn off what you don’t need so it isn’t that overwhelming. For now I have only the moon on. I like that for each entry it has a small description with a page reference for the planner. It also has notifications on.

The free sticker was a nice surprise. It’s very beautiful and holographic.

I’m very pleased with my order and it feels like a new beginning for me in astrology. This planner already taught me so much. I was worried I’m not going to understand it but it has all of the information needed at the start. It’s really like a book. You can start small and if you want to go deeper you can utilise it even further. I’m so excited for the new year to use it! I think I’ll be getting this planner every year from now on.

Old deals still displayed on their website that they don’t honour (even though under consumer rights they should) and they also completely ignore you when you email. Really poor business from a company that provides product of mindfulness etc. Would not recommend and will not order ever again. Reporting to trading standards!!

You already know that their astro planners are the best... what struck me was the incredible timeliness, professionalism, precision, and care of their customer service. Thank you, Rhona.

Do not order from Magicofi.com

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product, Delayed Delivery, and No Real Customer Support
I placed an order with Magicofi.com on August 12th, 2025, and didn’t receive my package until October 30th — a completely unacceptable delay.
I ordered a bundle that was supposed to include the 2026 Astrological Almanac with a velvet cover and a Taurus Journal. What I received were two low-quality items: a basic paper-covered almanac (nowhere near "velvet") and a tiny, flimsy journal that feels like it cost less than $1 to produce.
To make matters worse, although the website promised free delivery, I was asked by a UPS agent to pay the equivalent of $10 upon receipt.
So in total, I paid nearly $100 for two cheap, disappointing products — completely misrepresented on their website.
I attempted to contact the company via email. The only response I received appeared to be AI-generated. There has been no real human support, no apology, no resolution — nothing.
I’m writing this review to warn others. I will be sharing my experience across multiple platforms to help prevent others from being misled. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate with such disregard for customers.
