Sold me faulty goods refused to refund
Sold me faulty goods, told me I needed to pay for the return. Australia post told me the goods were returned, but ozsale said they weren’t.
Was then told that they had the item, but was given a cut and paste response that my order had been dispatched and I could track it? (Not quite sure what i was supposed to be tracking)! This was totally irrelevant to my query about my return and refund.
I asked that they Have someone who could read English and actually understand my query and reply appropriately, look at my email. this got me another cut and paste response and no resolution.
This afternoon I get an email to tell me my goods have been received and that I have a credit voucher.
Considering I was sent faulty goods and asked for a refund and have told them I will never be buying from them again and that I wanted a refund for the faulty goods, to me they have breached Australian consumer codes of practice. I have lodged a complaint with ACCC.
Save yourself the aggravation, don’t buy from them EVER.
ETA: now they think that by responding to this review when they haven’t responded to the numerous emails I have sent them, is going to make the ACCC complaint go away, think again..
