Nisrine was wonderful and supportive. She took her time with the questions and understood it was a difficult subject, but was patient and very helpful while I answered everything they needed to know. I had heard of this process and was mindful in inquiring, as I do not like to talk about my past and have worked so hard to get to where I am in my life, but she has put me at ease and I feel more confident going forward that it will be okay.

After being traumatised by violence for the first time in my life, and being rejected by CICA on my first attempt to gain compensation, this company helped me to achieve it. The process took 3 years and they supported me every step of the way. The staff were professional, considerate and in constant communication with case progress and updates. The compensation doesn’t undo the harm by any means, but it certainly helps. Would recommend to anyone that has suffered severe harm due to the actions of another person(s).
