The doll they sent didn't look like nothing on the pic and was poor quality. Then they wouldn't refund the money. Ordered in November for Christmas and it came in January.🖕🏽 them.

This is the worst place to order a doll from the doll I order looks nothing like the doll I got!!! This doll looks like something I can buy at the store!! I’m trying to return it but they are only trying to offer me 15% money back this is BS I will never order from this place again!!!

Well I said I will come back when I receive the doll and that’s what I’m calling it a doll not a reborn because it’s arms are not movable the fingers either it’s just one rubber doll. And I measured it it is not 12 inches the only thing that is what it says is the expression on the face which is close. And you can smell the rubber of the doll there’s nothing movable or squeezable or any likeness of what is said. I am truly very disappointed. And no I would not Recommend or Reorder. And the length of time it took to get here I just kept giving it benefit of the doubt. And the only reason I got one star is because you have to hit the one star to write a review. Not even worth the hassle I’m sure I would have to go through to return it. So keep your money save it for a site that will give you what you asked for.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am very disappointed with my order. I would give them a Zero rating if I could. I ordered the Diana life silicone doll and received a small version of what someone created. It is not the doll in the picture. I do not understand why a company would SCAM people like that. Show pictures of the dolls you are sending people! Hopefully I will get my money back! Now, they are haggling about their "guaranteed" refund. This copy shows pictures of dolls that they do not have and do not make! I received a "small" doll that looked nothing like the picture they showed! Now they are saying I received the doll I ordered which I did not. I wish I could post a picture of the doll I received! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! The lie they tell is they guarantee great customer service! I sent a clear picture of the UGLY doll! It was not what I ordered! They tell lies! It would cost me about $100 to return the UGLY doll. I settled with a 35% refund. They will not give a 100% refund even though they deceived me with the pictures they posted online and its not the doll I ordered. I wish I could post a picture of the UGLY doll I received! SCAMMERS! They should be ashamed of themselves! Post the UGLY dolls you ship if you are confident that they will sell! Stay away from this company!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!

My grandma used her entire money for the doll on the profile picture and i waited for so long expecting something good but when it finally came IT WAS THE UGLIEST THING IVE EVER SEEN. The doll was completely different from the one i ordered and I paid 90$ for the ugly looking gollum doll. The arms and legs were badly made and i was devastated. I don’t know what to do with the doll since they don’t allow returns. DONT EVER USE THIS APP. It was a complete scam of money if i could I would give this -100 stars. So upset with whoever did this. This dolls are a scam!! They are definitely not what they advertise. Please don’t waste your money on these cheap and ugly looking dolls.

If I can give zero stars I would. My daughter used all of her hard earned money on this crappy thing. We purchased the doll about a yr ago and the head has fallen off numerous times. They told us to boil water and the rubber will be more flexible. We did but it doesn’t fix the issue that the head continuously falls off. You’d think after paying 100$ for this doll the head would at least be permanently attached, not with a damn zip tie.

They claim they sent it out yet I never received it its been over a month now and they wont refund just offer a discount I wouldn't order from them if it was free they have horrible customer service and needs to be reported horrible people only want your money

Dolls are nothing like what is pictured. Please do not waste your money or time with this knock-off dollor store quality doll.

This company deserves a ZERO. Don't believe the pictures in their ads. After ordering to "life-like" dolls (12/08/22) and receiving confirmation, I received daily offers to save more money on my order but no tracking information. When it was clear that I wouldn't receive the order by Christmas, I asked to cancel over several emails--no response. I then received an email saying there was trouble in the warehouse that would delay shipment 5-7 days. Tried to cancel--again no response. I posted negative reviews from this site, demanding cancellation, and miraculously I received notice of shipment and a tracking number. The dolls arrived January 4 and as predicted by reviews here, looked nothing like what was advertised. I complained and was told that, yes, the dolls look exactly like their catalogue and that they're hand made--a bald-faced lie. I posted pictures as clear evidence of the discrepancy. Only then was I offered a 20% refund, then a 30% refund. Of course, a full refund was offered if I'd like to ship back to CHINA! I threatened to file a complaint with The US Department of Consumer Services and was told that the manager would contact me. I just sent a copy of that complaint record. Please spread the word that this company is disreputable.

This is a SCAM…the dolls are just regular baby dolls and not SILICONE like they’re advertising. I don’t recommend nobody order these FAKE dolls.

OK soooooo...i ordered a boy doll but they sent a girl doll shes not what my babygirl wanted but shes is sooooo adorarable!!!! and my baby loves her! I wish i could show pics but i dont see an attachment option...communication is great but it took three weeks for her to arrive other than that we're satisfied!

They are not selling the dolls you see on their site. They're also RSG dolls. They don't honor their refund policy. They don't deliver on time. I purchased a boy eyes open reborn avatar. And I received a non gender, dressed as a girl, vinyl doll. NOT A REBORN!!!! I have pictures of the actual doll and my receipt, I have displayed on other review sites.

WoW! Wish there was a zero rating. I just opened the box and was shocked. They look like something from the $5 & $10.00 Dollar General which I would expect. I really wish I had looked at reviews beforehand because I think this is a foreign product & refundability is slum. My point granddaughters already shopped for clothes which won't fit. I really think the body is hard rubber not silicone and they really don't look like the real picture of a baby. The boy looks like it has a girl head with different color hair which is curly not like the pic. For SHAME, this SCAM GAME! I guess I need to call BBB & my bank & department of commerce to see if I have any recourse. Sad to give these late gifts to my granddaughters after paying a hefty price after discount. If you are going to sell a cheap product, don't bother with discounts. If I could get half what I paid back it would soothe my nerves a tad but still unhappy for family and also others here that got the shaft... DON'T DON'T send me any more CLEARANCE CRAP EMAILS PLEASE!!!!!

To start off my original order was little girl dolls. Recieved a confirmation email with little boy dolls. The doll in the confirmation was cut so I just let that pass. Recieved the dolls and they are awful. The ugliest things I have ever seen in my life.
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM.
I immediately immediately contacted the company for a refund and to return the dolls they told me that they would refund my card 10%.
I'm calling my credit card today to try and stop payment. These dolls are garbage.

Shipping takes about 3 to 4 weeks and the doll hardly looks like what's pictured. Try another site that actually shows reviews and photos...

I will start looking at reviews before buying. Ordered twin dolls for my grand daughter for Christmas still haven’t received them they keep telling me delivered to a locker in Wilmington but I can’t get any answers on where the locker is located. So disappointed

The dolls arrived late but my granddaughter was happy with them.
