I tried to make an order and my payment didn't go through it wrote payment failed so I emailed them they got back to me quick but they told me to use a different credit card or PayPal but otherwise they couldn't help me I think their are a scam.

the worst product I have ever recieved
The absolute worst product I have ever gotten. It looks like complete trash, horrible smell. Don't trust them. they are scammers. worst people to ever buy from. And they only gave me 5% back from my 60 dollar purchase. So it cost just as much to send it back to how much the original price was. Again, trash company. Don't ever buy from them. You will just be disappointed.

Absolutely rubbish, no refund is made as they mentioned on their website, quality of what you receive total rubbish that is not even worth $5. Plz plz don't waste your money and time with these scammers. If I read their reviews we wouldn't waste $200aud. Better than the shops but not like website photo
After ordering a doll for my daughters 3rd birthday, I looked up reviews and was very nervous about what we would be receiving after seeing the low reviews. To be honest I was relieved when our baby arrived and although she wasn’t as realistic as the photos on the website, my daughter was extremely happy with her baby and she is obsessed with it and carries her everywhere. This product is not a genuine reborn doll but is a perfect gift for children. If you’re looking for a genuine reborn doll expect to pay a much higher price tag, from a reborn artist. I do feel that the photos on the website are fairly misleading but like I said I was not expecting a ‘real’ reborn doll and the doll we received is still much nicer and more realistic than one that I would have found at the shops.

Not what they claim to sell is what you get
Well by starting send the actual dolls ,NOT use other artists photos of dolls they are making and then sell to ppl I should of knew better as I have bought the REAL deal in the past and paid well over 500 for a doll, where as here 100.00 for 2, I should of knew better , but these ppl are using other artists photos and sending customers dolls that are nothing close to the pictures , be ware if you buy from them it would be okay for a small child or a child in general but then who wants to pay 100 for a doll for a child when Walmart has them better and better made for 60.00 and not to mention bigger like a real baby, the ones they sent me was so small nothing close to s actual newborn ... I wish I could put the pics up.... ugh

I did not get a reborn from there but my very close friend did and it was NOT silicon it was a plastic one with ugly hair and it’s leg came off so easily it was SO skinny in the picture it looked fat and for Christmas present WAS NOT OKAY it was 200$ baby alives could have been better than this doll.
