Wished I’d seen these reviews before I ordered two dolls for my girls smmfh. I still haven’t received them yet n now I’m afraid of what I’m really getting. Wrong doll sent. Baby avatar required and totally different doll received with lepardprint outfit and loin clothe sent. Totally different face. How can this happen. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered Vivienne on or about November 20th in order to have her for my niece visiting during Christmas holidays About three weeks later I got ?. When I inquired about the doll I purchased, I was told they were made from the same mold, that the clothes were different, etc. They looked NOTHING alike! In fact, Vivienne has distinct sandy red hair. This doll was very small and had black hair! I am vexed!!! I gave them several opportunities to correct this error, i.e., writing "nice" emails explaining why I didn't want a discount, because I didn't order this doll. The doll I ordered was sentimental because "I" had sandy red hair as a child...it resembled me! I got no where with these people. Listen, From now on, I will check the reviews on any new companies selling ANYTHING! Creativegiftss have been instrumental in learning this valuable lesson. I feel insulted, disregarded, and bamboozled by the cutesy pictures. Finally, the last response to their email returned "Failure". Never again!

They were made with the same face kit. Of course, because it is made by hand, there will inevitably be some subtle differences.
And wearing different outfits will make them look a little different.

Ordered two dolls and accessories. They only shipped one doll and it is not one of the dolls I ordered (it has curly hair and both of what I ordered had straight hair). These look/feel like cheap knock-offs. I have emailed them several times with no response. Order ID:00072491
Note that their response to this review is to email the same customer service that I've been emailing for months! I eventually did receive two dolls - neither one looked like anything I would ever order! Both looked like 50 year old bar flies. Still have not got my money back!

Never buy anything from this company. I ordered 3 different dolls for my nieces for Christmas. The first one has dents in the body. The second one is missing part of it's outfit and I never received the third one. Birth certificates are bent up. The only way to reach them is by email. I have sent multiple emails requesting a full refund and return label. I received 2 responses with the same message asking for pictures of what was received of which I have sent twice with no response. I have asked repeatedly for a return label and refund and they do not responding. Do not believe their return policy they have on line because you will never get through to anyone.

The doll I received was nothing like what was represented. I could go to Walmart and get the same quality for 1/4 of the price. VERY disappointed and would never recommend!

I bought three dolls from this vendor. When I received the dolls I noticed that the dolls were not the same dolls as pictured. I reached out with customer service and provided pictures of the dolls that I received. I was told that there was a mix up and offered several options of resolution. The customer service team was very responsive and attentive. I am giving them 5 stars due to the customer service team.
