Great Support team - Google Authenticator issue
Great support when you have an issue.
Lately GoogleAuthenticator stopped working on my old iPhone6 and I couldn't open the app to log in.
The people on support were super helpful and very patient with me, responded promptly and I managed to log back in, set up the 2FA on a new phone and was up and running quickly!

Long term using and still satisfied
I am using Coinmate since 2018 as an exchange besides 8 others. And it is one of only four I never had any issues with - trustworthy, relyable and fast platform with high availability, fast Fiat withdrawals and - which cannot be overestimated! - an always helpful and responsive support.
