First year experience
If you are living in the Czech Republic and you want to trade with cryptocurrencies, this platform is your best choice. I've been using it for more than a year. I like the weekly newsletter, it keeps me up to date. They don't have a mobile app, but there are some 3rdparty platforms which help you automate your tradings.

That way, when the speed of the exchange is not an issue, you can swat the funds more cost-effectively. Please feel free trying out the Tradeview option. Thank you for your kind understanding
There are many better choices out there
Every new upgrade is step back. Everytime something do not work. I am exhausted with reporting bugs which are for they unrepairable. And in rare occasions when they are able to fix problem after few weeks same problem occurs. Major milestone this year is new ugly logo and redesign homepage - this is "very useful" (sarcastic) for everyday user. I used coinmate from the beginning but now going away for better services to kraken. Now they are trying to change bitcoin exchange to bitcoin savings account. This is not the right direction.

You say you informed about it. Do you think that this kind of information within newsletters from your no-reply address to everybody, which usually ends in the SPAM filter or in the directory for "BULK" emails, is sufficient? Is it for you to difficult to find those clients in the system, which hold that currency and write them normal email?
