Good platform
The platform is really good, however in the trading mode only limited amount of lines is available in the “order history”, meaning you cannot scroll through the history. This can be improved.

1) If I buy BTC and then I want to WITHDRAWL to external wallet, there Is no QR option to adding BTC adress.
ONLY paste option.
2) WITHDRAWL fee Is expensive, also the mempool Is empty.

Dear client, as we operate under desktop environment primarily, such option is not in talks right now. Once an app is developed, it will be there of course. As a standard functionality on such platforms.
Regarding withdrawal fees for BTC, we provide an economy / speed fee options, please choose it to your liking depending if you want to send the funds cheap or fast.

It took Coinmate three days to verify…
It took Coinmate three days to verify my photo IDs. Once I was authenticated, it’s taken now two days and my money still has not transferred into my crypto wallet. On top of that they never respond to my repeated requests for help.

Good for start and lower amounts
Login through BankID sometimes work sometimes not. KYC process is more privacy disturbing than at other crypto exchanges, so I switched to anycoin.cz, for a basic user with lower income it's good enough and they have better prices than some big exhanges.

Dear client, thank you for your feedback. Please note that Coinmate is the only crypto service providing BankID, its functionality might be flawed in some cases, dependent on the data provided form the bank used. Yet nothing we can't resolve over the support messaging.
Regarding the AML process, we do not require any extensive data, simply just what law directs us to request and check.

I like the UI and very competitive…
I like the UI and very competitive fees. The only thing what I am missing is posibility to send money to coinmate automatically for example once a month. "Trvalý příkaz" in czech is not possible due to add funds options. Also mobile app would be nice, but I understand that in price performance ratio maybe is not on priority list for Coinmate.

Edit: Thank you for your kind reply. Regarding reocurring payments I mean rather adding funds to coinmate account. Which is not possible through stosuj.cz. It would be possible if Coinmate link one customer with one permanent Coinmate bank account, or rather, permanent variable symbol. Together with stosuj.cz then customer neednt care about anything and invest absolutely passively. Please correct me if I am missing something.
