I was betrayed and lost more than € 5000 !
I was invited to invest very friendly, but after I asked to withdraw my profit of more than € 60000 they asked me first to pay again for a commission, and didnt want to lower that from the withdrawal. After many request by email I never was answered back, not able to get in contact. It's pure scam and betray, don't do it !!!

Finally has support instant SEPA deposits but 1 star minus for missing instant SEPA withdrawals. Currently 3 days and still waiting for confirming SEPA payout from Coinmate :-(
But SEPA deposit was there in several seconds.

I got a transaction from coinmate to Africa blockchain. And it say’s pending but it shows on my blockchain balance and in the activity it shows pending. And I make a transaction still pending. What wrong?

Have been using Coinmate for a few years and it is a flawless experience.

I would love to support a Czech project, but coinmate is unfortunately making it almost impossible. The amount of bureaucracy is unbelievable. I completed a detailed survey, uploaded detailed bank statements, ID and driving license. For a while it was ok. But then my Id expired, so I arranged new one, but I also need to upload the driving license again even though it stayed the same. Then when I just wanted to withdraw all the money I earned and be done with them, the whole process started again! I completed the same survey in which nothing changed, coinmate still rejected the request and requires new bank statements to be uploaded again! In comparison with much much much bigger, more renowned and secure exchanges like Kraken, which have much less bureaucracy for bigger amounts/ turnovers, it is ridiculous. Not to mention that searching for the button for uploading files is another struggle, they tell you it is in the Customer support section, but it's totaly somewhere else :D

I contacted the customer service regarding the USDT withdraw and they informed me that the delay because there is a delay in the network, how long should I wait? And what is the reason for the delay?
Can i give you my id to check the problem?
The customer service stopped responding to me what I should do to get support to solve the issue? Really I feel disappointed I hope you tell me a way to get solve my issue

You blocked my money. After some emailing, you found a problem on your side and you unlock my account, after 3 days.
However, it is not acceptable to lock someone's money.

I've been using Coinmate for a very long time now. In 99% of cases I am a happy customer. I value the simplicity of buying some basic crypto for my local fiat currency (CZK).
The 1% for which I am not happy is the fact that fees doubled on my most frequent action (USDT withdrawal), and that if you get into trouble support takes time, and that there are still some bugs, even though the functionality is really basic.

I am happy with basically evertyhing. All is quick and straightforward.
