Service was prompt and efficient
Service was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, the part didn't work correctly, which is the whole point. End pieces on decking won't stay in.

Take no responsibility for deliver
Ordered decking and two types of clips required
Decking and one type of clip delivered
Reported this immediately after delivery when I discovered the box only contained one type of clip
All they say is but the courier has a delivery receipt
Like Most people I did not count the contents of the box when it was delivered I just signed for the box
Keep being told we are looking it to it with the courier
Clearly Cladco are blaming the courier and taking no responsibility
I didn’t chose the courier they did
Would use Dino decking in future as have much better service from them than cladco

We needed our order by a certain time…
We needed our order by a certain time as we were going on holiday, Cladco pulled out the stops and delivered early and unloaded on his own. The product is also great, the fitter (my son) said it was easy to work with. Well done Cladco, I may add to my decking at a later date.

Dishonest company, do not honour product warranties
Having spent over £4k on an order for plastic decking boards with at least 10 year warranty, this company decided to not assist when I reported shrinking and bowing of the product after 5 years.
When I originally purchased the goods, they were naturally very helpful. At the time, I had many verbal conversations with a representative explaining how to complete the installation.
The verbal guidelines were that the spacing of the joists under the decking could be between 30-40cm spaced. Subsequently, I installed the joists at 40cm increments.
I provided pictures of the installation and the shirking/bowing of boards.
The company decided, on a technicality, that the "approved guideline" was that the minimum spacing should have been 30cm spacing of joists.
Furthermore, they also stated the the joists they sold me for the project were not the correct ones, even though I provided proof of the comms from the original emails!
Absolutely disgusted that they have not honoured their guarantee "on a technicality", when they know full well that the issues reported could in no way, shape or form be caused by an extra 10cm of spacing between the joists; the spacing of joists cannot cause the product to shrink!
Furthermore, the fact that they practically accused me of buying the wrong joists is just the icing on the cake.
Avoid these scammers at all cost.

Following a detailed review of your case, our Customer Support team identified that the decking was not installed in line with our published guidance. For this product, a maximum joist spacing of 300mm and a minimum joist size of 100x47mm are required to ensure correct performance. In this instance, the installation did not meet these requirements, which has contributed to the issues you’ve described.
From the original correspondence, it was also confirmed that our recommended structural joists were not available within your required timeframe, and alternative options were therefore considered. As a result, the full system specified for the product was not used.
As our warranty is dependent on installation in accordance with our guidelines, we are unable to uphold the claim on this occasion.
