Perfect service all round

Installed on time. Engineer 100% on point talked me through everything they was doing left the place clean after the install. Service working as advertised would definitely recommend

A tale of 2 experiences

Had fibre broadband installed late last year, assumed all done as it should have been until looking to do work to front lawn this week and found that the original guys did a really lazy and poor job of it. One contact via a complaint form and 24 hours later (response stated 5-10 day response time) Rocky, Lewis and Matt were here and making it right. They were all professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, essentially having to do a full reinstallation because of the initial teams crap job! So I can't give 5 stars for overall experience due to the initial pair of lazy people who did a crap job but I would give 10 stars to the lads mentioned above for their top notch service, they are a credit to the business.

Great swift service

Great swift service, very friendly people arrived, talked me through what they were going to do, the length of time it will take, kept everywhere tidy and cleaned up after themselves.

Great service

Whilst the 1st visit was postponed by me because of rain outside making it difficult to install the 2nd visit was handled very competently in the spring by one engineer alone who knew what he was doing and provided a highly competent and efficient service.
