I rang chill ins today 20/7/2026 and had 3 different enquiries. A girl called Jodie dealt with me. I have been insured with chill ins many times and have over the years made many calls, Jodie was the most friendly, polite and helpful person that I have ever dealt with. I don’t have problems when dealing with chill ins in general but can be thrown around on the phone from one to another and left on hold a lot but Jodie’s customer service and level of help she gave really stood out to me… just felt she needed to be mentioned as it was great to get everything sorted without issue and done in such a nice manner.

Thais is brilliant at her job, waited a bit to get connected, wasn't too long but as soon as I was connected to her she very efficiently asked gdpr verification question and promptly sorted me out with my issues.
