Not delivered package
The package was improperly packed or damaged and was returned to the sender by customs. It's been 2 weeks since the return, and I still haven't received any information about what's going on with the package. One email was even ignored and it was only after another that I learned that the package had not yet been returned.

Since this is an international order, we can only issue a re-send or refund once we receive the original package back at our premises.
I'm very sorry for the delay - I realise that it has been 2 weeks since customs released the parcel, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to expedite its arrival.
As previously mentioned via email, as soon as it does arrive we will let you know and offer either a re-send or a full refund for your order.

Chef's is great
Chef's is great. They have a good selection, reasonable prices and they always fill the order quickly. Their International shipping charge is fair and it gets here as quickly as Customs will allow. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Well organized website and easy to place order. International shipping available for an acceptable fee. Fast shipping but had to pay additional VAT upon receiving shipment.
Overall very happy with the service and will make purchases again in the future.

The One Shots are the best I've tried so far
I have been ordering from Chefs Flavours for the past couple of years, even after the change. I always get the One Shots, especially the Tobacco Crunch, Nice Custard Cream, Fruit Fusion, and Blueberry Muffin. Those are a must and I get a couple of different ones each order. The shipping is always fast and on time.
