The website is easy to use
The website is easy to use, easy to find what I was looking for and the products are clearly displayed. I did receive several confirmations which made me think I had placed multiple orders, but after checking the order number they were al the same. The payment page was a bit slow when trying to use paypal, but I reloaded it and went with the Stripe option which was almost instant.

Purchasing Windows Pro Licence
It has proved extremely difficult to get the key for the software download so still do not have the software.
Charity Digital have not been able to resolve the issue and have taken it up with Microsoft. We have been advised this may take a few weeks. We are still waiting for help with the two licenses we purchased in August!!
