Further admin price increases…
Further admin price increases continue to reduce the benefit of the Charity Digital Exchange - in this instance £23 plus VAT for 5 BitDefender Internet licences - only £37.50 direct and an increase of £2 from last year.

Please issue a warning before cancelling domains
There was an issue with our payment for the renewal, however we were not aware the payment had been charged back. We acknowledge we should have been more careful, however a quick reminder would have helped us resolve this much easier.
We were told our payment was cancelled and our domain was also cancelled on the same day. It took a significant amount of time to resolve it and our emails and website were adversely affected for a full day.
A simple reminder that "there is an issue with your payment" would have been sufficient to kick us into gear.
The cancellation of the domain could have been avoided leading to loss of business and reputation.
