Looking for a feed management tool? Let me save you some time - use Channable. The UI is intuitive and using rules to optimize your feed is a breeze. What really amazes me though, is how their support team consistently go above and beyond in answering our technical and performance-oriented questions. Thanks Channable Support a million times over!

Have to give amazon access to a ton of people in the company to get any help.
No accountability, so far very frustrated here. However, we have been spending hundreds of hours getting our site to the 'feed mentality' and quitting by now is a total failure.
You will need API keeps for everything. Even if you cannot use the product, the bills keep coming!

We are using this software for synchronizing our shop data with eBay. Works overall very good, some minor limitations as to individually created attributes (which we cannot import into eBay via Channable). Channable has a very good understanding of eBay which is very helpful for our setup work. The software is not cheap, but pricing is reasonable (especially compared to product information management systems which were the alternative we were looking at).
Big plus: Extremely knowledgeable and fast support, one of the best I've worked with so far. Big asset of the firm!
I started 2 months ago as Affiliate Manager and in the agency I work for we use Channable. I like using Channable on a daily basis. Whenever I need support I open a ticket to the customer support. Their reply is very fast, 2 hrs on average I´d say. Sometimes even faster! That's a great perk when you just started with a tool that can offer a broad spectrum of features. Keep up the good work, guys!

Channable for me is quite intuitive to use. If you got questions the support is there for you in a most friendly and helpful way. The possibilities with this tool are endless. Love it.
We needed a reliable connection between Magento 2 and our marketplace and shopping feeds and, most especially, allowed for the ability to apply a variety of rules and filters to ensure that only the desired information reached our various end marketplaces. Additionally, dealing with Amazon Marketplace integration is painful, to say the least, and quick integration with that process along with great rules and filters helped us migrate our inventory from our previous feed management to Channable with relatively little pain. Great system and great support as well!

Besides the marketplace connections, the solution for Google Ads is particularly noteworthy, which allows you to create very diverse ads without any major technical knowledge.
They kindly helped me set up Shopify and Amazon. Due to setting Shopify complicatedly, there were many errors in setting up Channable, but I was really grateful for their kind response. Even if an error occurs, I am not afraid. Thank you!

My company implemented Channable to beef up our eBay presence and list more efficiently to eBay. Initially we had a tough go at it and I was dealing with many reps. However, once I got in contact with Ohudy Luna from channable he made it his job to fix any and all errors we were having. He stayed in contact with me and returned all calls and emails (I might have been a pain in the butt at times) but he always went above and beyond. It was essentially to the point we were thinking of discontinuing channable but once Ohudy took over helping us things worked out due to his dedication to making things right. Was a pleasure to work with and he to this day still checks in to make sure all is working as it is supose to. In my opinion I wish more support techs took the approch Ohudy takes because he is a ROCK STAR.
