We have been using Channable for normal feed generating for a little over a year and that has been great from the start.
In May of this year we started integrating our Marketplaces aswel. (Bol., Amazon, etc.) The conversion went smooth. With every question I had I could always call/email them and at all times they came with a solution.

Outstanding customer support! Their customer support is always quick, to the point, and pleasant, and recently, Felipe Lai Arce Aravena really helped me not only with the case itself, but with his clear, kind, and detailed information and screenshot (which I appreciate a lot). Every time I message their support, I am pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable they are.
Customer service was very helpful in my specific topic. The reaction time is very quick (compared to other IT supports generaly). Delivered solutiuon let us continue in expanding our business. Very big thanks to support team!

It was super quick answers via e-mail, it was very clear explanation via call (I didn`t work with Feeds before) and the guy Orlando was very passionate and he was explaining everything exactly how needed this like I`m 3 y.o.

We were having some troubles with the technique so we desided to reach out to the customer service and they were very helpful and kind and showed us how it works.
very poor customer service, rude staff and terminated my subscription because i asked questions and required help. please avoid and save your money, managers are also very rude and aggressive!
I can't exactly figure out what's the problem but I had the weird experince with the company. I am an Amazon seller so I get in touch with them to see if they can help me with listings also, if they have any other offers that would help me, I could look into it. Their website says 'Get in touch for Demo' so I did. I had a meeting with Rodney. He asked so many questions, including questions that he didn't need to know but anyway - we didn't do demo and he said in the first meeting, he figures out if their platform would match with clients, which is perfectly fine so we arranged another meeting for next week. Meeting time arrived as I put it on my calender, I waited him to get in touch. He didn't! I called the company to reach him twice and they did says he was working and he would get back to me. I then received an email this morning which he sent last night - totally unrelated to what we spoke and what I said. I got a feeling they don't know anything about ecommerce and marketplaces and they are just a Ads Campaign company and under the name of 'Marketplace integration' they just collect seller's informations. It's a no no for me.
If you are lucky (like I was) to get a knowledgdable skilled member to support with you your problem, the technical customer support can be quite thorough and helpful. Nonetheless, their documentation still lacks info on many real life problems and situations we can encounter. An idea for Channable is to collect all of these case and make documentation and guides about these potential bottlebecks and problems that might arise during any normal campaign setup/feed optimisation. Overall the Channable support is usually very slow and no special priority is given to any particular kind of customer per say (like depending on the spend size,etc)
Initially I was very positive about the support from Channable. During setup of the product they always wanted to help to get things working. But that quickly changed when we had started using the products/addons. Promises were made (we would have a solution within 3 days) and support became very slow. We had to wait for days (almost a week) for them to change a true/false value in the code. It really was unbelievable. After a month(!) our 'problem' was still not solved and they suggested that we would code our own solution. Very strange plot twist.
Anyway, with a lot of extra effort we coded our own custom solution. As they had suggested we could get a refund for one or two months, because we couldnt use their product in the first weeks/months. I called them to ask for this refund and they said that it would be possible but that they would call me back. They never did...
I had a very positive experience with the Channable support. Very fast to solve our issues.
