I had a great experience using Carmoney to arrange my vehicle finance. Usman Altaf was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, making the whole process much easier and far less stressful than I expected.
They found me a much better interest rate than their competitors, which made a real difference. Usman also dealt directly with the dealer on my behalf, taking a lot of the hassle away and keeping everything running smoothly.
I’m really happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carmoney, especially Usman Altaf, to anyone looking for straightforward, competitive vehicle finance.

Painfully slow
Painfully slow service from beginning to end.
Pushed from one person to the next with no one seemingly knowing what they are doing.
Hands down they are the worst broker I have ever used in 40 years.
When fishing for the custom, they were on the ball, but once they had the custom, they drop the ball.
They secured me a finance deal through RedLine at a respectable rate, but the journey getting there was too much to bear. From 18th June to 29th June and three agreements later, they still could not secure a payout from the lender, even though the deal was signed and sealed.
Ended up going with carmoola for the same rate with instant payout, sorted within 5 mins.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received! Every single person I communicated with from CarMoney were professional yet empathetic and they each went above and beyond to assist me and they explained everything in 'laymans' terms so I could understand. I have already suggested them to a few people I know. The whole process took less than 48 hours and I am so please words fail to describe it.
