Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish, very responsive team who assisted me with my car purchase quickly and diligently . I was in a bit of a rush to complete the finance as I had travel plans and CarMoney arranged everything within a couple of days. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to finance their new car. They were also the cheapest quote I received. Special shout out to Rob who was a really friendly guy and very responsive on any queries I had.

This company were great initially and…

This company were great initially and bombarded with calls emails until I purchased the vehicle. However, they sold me a warranty which on paper looked brilliant this However I found out was wrongly dated and not due to start until December why when I was paying from May I questioned it obviously. Long story short its of no use at all and so as it is extra money I have tried to cancel in have emailed and called and absolutely no response. My recommendation has now gone down due to lack of aftercare

I don’t advise anyone to deal with theme I bought a Ford Van and one days I found fault with left and complaining and waiting one month without work from 21/05/2026 until today 30/06/2026 it’s not sort it , the engineer came and checked the left in 16/06/2026 and just they send me the report yesterday 29/06/2026,
Long time for a ten contac by telephone and every time I need to explain the story,
Finally my advice I will not deal again with theme even they taked a 1813 pound fees and didn’t do a job job for this money,

I had a great experience using Carmoney…

I had a great experience using Carmoney to arrange my vehicle finance. Usman Altaf was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, making the whole process much easier and far less stressful than I expected.

They found me a much better interest rate than their competitors, which made a real difference. Usman also dealt directly with the dealer on my behalf, taking a lot of the hassle away and keeping everything running smoothly.

I’m really happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carmoney, especially Usman Altaf, to anyone looking for straightforward, competitive vehicle finance.
