The whole experience of purchasing the scooter was made easy by Jodie at Care Co Brierley Hill. She aided us in the process of testing if it would fit in our car. She was very pleasant and had good knowledge of the product we were purchasing.

The information I have always been given is really great,also the staff are friendly and courteous,this is the place I will always go to to purchase anything.

I was interested in a lightweight but sturdy travel scooter. I was given time to look at some models before Peter Roberts approached and offered assistance. He was very helpful and suggested various different options to suit my needs. After selecting one I was able to take it for a test drive, both inside the store and outside on more uneven ground. I was given as much time as I needed and Peter took time to explain the features of the scooter, answer all my questions and demonstrate how to fold it. After choosing a suitable scooter, Peter explained the different options for add on warranty, service and insurance but I was not subjected to a hard sell and, again, was given time to make up my mind with no pressure. I would highly recommend this store

The salesperson (Lara Miles} was very efficient, courteous and friendly. The mobility scooter was a little difficult to assemble but seems to be satisfactory. It was delivered promptly.

The sales lady was most helpfull she pointed out the problem with the walker that we were going to get as my wife will be the one using it ,she is only 4ft. 10 in tall and very frail,she showed us one that would be better and much lighter .

I rang my local CareCo branch in Camberley to order a new battery for my mobility scooter, I was assisted by Samantha who was very polite & helpful. She told me that when the battery was delivered I could bring the scooters battery box into store where they would swap the batteries over free of charge.
I did just that 3 days later, meeting Samantha in person & her colleague Thomas, both worked together to complete job quickly & without fuss. I was extremely impressed with the Camberley CareCo branch, thank you

Excellent service

The table is perfect for my needs, don't know why i didn't get one sooner. Very very good quality table top, the base plate extremely substantial, the leg and table support strong and stable. Delivery time was as expected, very well packaged and a polite friendly driver delivered it.
