A little disappointed
We needed a small stroller for use in the house. There was a good range of items on display and we were able to try a number of diffrent models. We chose one which was on offer. When we went to pay, we were told that that model was no longer available. Really irritating, as we had to go back and try the models again. Chose another one and we were then told that delivery was only free for items over £100 - ours was £99.99 and so we had to order a minor walkin stick 'foot' for 50p. All a bit frustrating.
Addendum:
Following the publication of the above review, I had a phone call from one of the Careco directors. He offered profuse apologies which I accepted and financial recompense for the inconvenience I had experienced, which I also accepted. In the past, we have always had good service from Careco and I assume that our experience on 15th July was a one-off.

Fantastic service
We arrived at CareCo and was greeted by Rob on of the sale assistants. He was very professional and took his time explaining the different scooters to us.
We wanted one that would fit in our boot of the car which he demonstrated to us. He talked us through the insurance and was very informative and helpful.
Delivery was very swift it arrived the next day. All in all great service thank you!

Excellent customer service from Piers…
Excellent customer service from Piers at CareCo Lancing. We were not rushed and he was very patient and helped us as we explored all the different options to find a wheelchair that best suited our needs. This was not an easy task as we needed to have comfort for the user and for it to be lightweight enough for older carers to lift and portable to fit in our cars. We purchased the Edge Transit which closely met our requirements.

Very positive experience
Staff member at Brierly Hill was very friendly and professional. She directed us to exactly what we were looking for (two fireside chairs) and gave us plenty of time to sit and try. Product purchased (just what we wanted) and all the admin was very easy.
