Went to have a look at the scooters etc at crane boulevard Ipswich today. I wasn’t really expecting to find anything suitable, but I did! Lawrence took us through the process, when I gave him my budget, he came up ‘trumps’ showed me everything, answered all my questions, patient , even though I do cause a bit havoc! He smiled through it and was attentive and helpful! One thing came across straight away for which impressed! NO HARD SELL, I’m one happy bunny I got to get out instead of vegitating in the house. Thanks Lawrence for all your help.

Pleasant service from staff but didn’t have what we went for despite having only just received the offer through the post 2 days previously.

My queries were answered in an efficient but friendly way.

First class customer service over the phone. Ordered a Siruis wheelchair for my mother. A release catch was defective. Got in touch. It was collected the following day and a replacement arrived later that day. Couldn't have asked for better service.

The second order placed today at the Preston store. Once again the wonderful Jennifer was there to assist. As I am not technically savvy the order was placed over the phone. Thank you again. At 79 years old you are so helpful.

Firstly I must thank Lesley at Careco in Exeter for helpful friendly service. The chair I wanted was not in the showroom but it had the colour option I wanted. I tried a similar chair in the showroom which I found very comfortable….but only available in grey and that was not what I wanted. Careco have gone to great lengths to be helpful and I must commend William Harrison of the Careco Company who has called to advise me of product development and hopefully the colour I want in a comfortable chair.
