Winchester Fireside Chair…
Firstly I must thank Lesley at Careco in Exeter for helpful friendly service. The chair I wanted was not in the showroom but it had the colour option I wanted. I tried a similar chair in the showroom which I found very comfortable….but only available in grey and that was not what I wanted. Careco have gone to great lengths to be helpful and I must commend William Harrison of the Careco Company who has called to advise me of product development and hopefully the colour I want in a comfortable chair.

Ruby delivered the most caring customer service
As soon as we entered the Stevenage shop, we were welcome by Ruby Gault who patiently showed us several wheelchairs that matched our requirements. She even helped us to check whether the wheelchair would fit in the boot of the car and it did just! We also got some useful tips from her colleague in the store about tilting the chair, etc ...
Finally, we ordered the most suited chair and she clearly explained matters such as delivery, insurance and return policy.
We received the transit wheelchair on the date agreed and we have used it indoors and outdoors. My husband finds it very comfortable. It's weight is only 6.6 kgs and that make things manageable for me as a carer. I really needed that extra-mile customer support as my husband has terminal cancer. Thank you very much.
