A friendly sales lady who knew the product and was competent in presenting the salient features of the scooter.. She encouraged me to try out the scooter in the show room and outside and was instrumental in my purchase of the Aethos SLE.. Thank you.

Bob took the time to listen to our possible needs and showed us equipment that would be suitable.
At no time did we feel hurried or pressurised. The advice and information Bob gave us was easy to understand and delivered in a friendly manner that we were comfortable with.

The extensive range of products was a very pleasant surprise and we were able to try out a range powered chairs and sofas.

Bob helped me try out a couple of Rollators from their range and I was able to order one while I was there for home delivery.

The showroom itself was a great deal larger than I had expected with what looked like a huge range of motor scooters which can be tried out in store or outside.
They also have an area showing bath and shower room furniture, waterproof stools chairs etc. plus bath seats.

All in all CareCo at Peterborough was a very pleasant surprise and with thanks to Bob 😊

This purchase was the extension of Warranty for my scooter.
Friendly, patient, non-pushy member of staff explained warranty extension and options. This was followed through with detailed email to consider.

Excellent service

Jane was so helpful. One of the power chairs made my knee hurt so Jane got a cushion that did not help. She went and brought a model which suited me much better. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy.

We have bought a couple of things from CareCo and have had no issues with the products or the deliveries. If I need anything else I will be sure to go back to them.

Environment very clean and welcoming. Staff polite and easy to talk to,answering my many questions and being very patient as I needed time to consider a purchase. After two visits to the store an order was placed. I would recommend a visit to to the Patchway, Bristol store.

Our visit to Careco at Castle Park was great. Caroline who helped us find a powerchair for my mum was fantastic! Caroline was very friendly from the moment we stepped into the showroom, welcoming us in and offering her help straightaway. I found her very knowledgeable of all the products, she answered any questions we asked. Caroline helped my elderly mum pick a powerchair, she made sure it was what she wanted and asked loads of questions to ensure it would be suitable for her. Caroline gave a Demonstration of how to use the chair as well as how to fold it down etc. She told us about extras like cushions and bags as well as helping us to get a insurance and a service plan to protect the powerchair. I was very happy with our experience in store today and would highly recommend this store to anyone. There is plenty of parking and the store was lovely and bright and spotlessly clean!
