Hey there, I want to give a shout out to employee 5571. She was SO nice when I went to my location. Everytime I go to canna cabana, its a great experience. I love the people and I think they all need a shout out for being so awesome.

Fix your website

I think it's unacceptable to have reports of very basic functionality on the website not working, going back several years. You currently cannot even check out lol. You can't change your profile. Stock is wrong, filters don't work. Looks like it was outsourced or built by someone's kid. There are buggy messes and then there is "never worked in the first place". Totally embarrassing if you're trying to look like a legit business.

I found Canna Cabana accidentally while travelling to Sauble Beach Ontario making a petrol stop. Staff and pricing there were exceptional. I then searched for a Canna Cabana near me and discovered one on Keele St, I’m a pensioner and have always preferred alternative medicine; Wintana, Ameera, Austin Suba, Jave, Austin, just to name a few whom have been nothing but kind, provided the best customer service and I’ve always been given the best price possible.
Love this place, please check it out!

Store quality going down and…

Store quality going down and plummeting. Management went from okay to horrible, whoever that new "manager" is he's completely useless(definitely a DEI hire -_-). He is never at the store or around even when he directly tells you a time to meet at, the staff are always confused as to whether he's coming in that day or not. When he is there he's still no help and doesn't seem to know anything about anything. There's a couple great staff that i encountered (the tall brown guy, the guy with the locs, the lady with the nice eyes) the rest need retraining. Was there earlier last month and recently over the weekend and the store looked sad, empty shelves, no products and employees that look lost.I couldn't tell if a red hair woman in there worked there or not because I'm standing in a line that's almost out the door and she's standing in the corner of the store acting like she doesn't see the line meanwhile the guys behind the counter are trying their best to serve people. Reflection of the incompetence that is the management at this location. DO BETTER!

It’s too bad I have to give it even one…

It’s too bad I have to give it even one star I think it’s totally ridiculous that you physically have to have an ID card for some camera to scan it when you can physically see that I am 60 years old and more than of age to buy marijuana but if you guys want to use a stupid policy like this and forced customers to do this in an age that people live with a digital wallet in their phone and often don’t carry ID then you will lose sales. You definitely lost my $300.00+ sales a month I’ll never step into a canna cabana for the rest of my life if it was the last pot shop on the planet. at some point, you people in charge need to realize you’re a spec in an ocean full of pot shops ffs it’s almost like Tim Hortons. There’s one on every corner so my money is now going up the street two blocks the other way to one plant or to Sessions cannabis or to the third shop down the street the other way because of your stupid policy, people don’t wanna have to do this shit and you can claim whatever you want for your reason for doing it but understand you’re one a very few doing this most other places, the budtender is trusted enough to look at the id with his own eyes and not have to rely on a camera… i’ll be passing this on to anybody I cross paths with considering a purchase in one of your locations

Long story sort, my husband and I went in to the store my husband almost 50 ffs, the young man there with redish blond hair ,short with a beard,
Well my husband didn't have his id on him and my husband said to him oh well 🤷 I never had problems with that before, even when I carry my ID they just ask if I need anything else and I would buy what I went in there for,, I told him I never get I'd here and this is my go-too store when I visit saskatoon, but this time he forgot,
And ask his I could buy it using his elite account, so when I was paying, I told him I bet when one of your friends come im you don't I'd them , he got very offensive and told me and my husband never to come back at all, then I said I wanted to talk to his manger so he started yelling real loud, with anger ,yelling his manager name, she came to the front ,,
So I told her what he said ,
She just stood there didn't say anything but Huh, being dumb as she is, I said never mind was walking out,he yelling don't come back I said I won't you crack head, that what he look like , his ragged clothes he smelled like he didn't wash everyday, grease hair,, I promise I won't be going back, 🎶

Usually it's pretty decent and they're staff is pretty cool but as someone who has a cansell license i know and know a little bit about my green. Purchased dream Weaver and was highly disappointed. It' 100% taste like shake. Smells like shake, it doesn't smell like good. Robust pungent, fresh green, it smells stale Old Super dry lots of sticks are your opinion shaped? Sold and mark it as good green.We'll never make that mistake in and purchasing that .

Canna Cabana scam artists

I went to the Huntsville location 2 weeks ago to buy a vaporizer that lasted 10 days before the battery went dead, when I was back home in Mississauga.

I went to a Mississauga location to get a refund, and was told that they would not help me, and kept the defective vaporizer. The manager was an arrogant kid who just stood there and refused to talk to me.

When I called their head office, I was told by a rude woman that the defective product must be returned to the location where it was purchased and had to have the original packaging.

I tried to explain that canna cabana is in possession of my money, and the defective product, effectively returned, and she simply repeated herself saying it needed to be returned to Huntsville as if this company was franchised, and again they kept the defective vaporizer making it impossible to follow their idiotic policy.

This company is a division of High Times Inc, so if you have complaints or want to escalate your matter,ale your threats and demands to the parent company who is publicly traded, canna cabana is simply a trade name.

In the end, there are numerous pot shops and this one should be avoided at all costs.

Unhelpful staff, poor selection and a bad return policy

The Belleville location of this store was really great when it opened. Unfortunately, the customer service and selection have gone down hill at a rapid pace. There are numerous employees who are just rude. They are not interested in helping you. I was sold a product and told it was kief coated. The employee was annoyed that I even asked. When I get home I see that it isn't kief coated.
I inquired when I went back in about a refund or exchange. The product was not open and I have the receipt. Was told they only return defective product. This employee today acts like he knows everything, but couldn't intelligently answer any questions about a refund and he took it personally.
Really disappointed.

Hello hey

Hello hey, hi, I've been going to canna cabana for years now. I am deeply disturbed by my last purchased on July 27 ,2025. They actually gave me shatter that was packed on Dec 5, 2024 I feel so disrespected it angers me inside. They know what they did,keeping old materials over date. I think that is some what illegal to sell out date products. You have my 21$ but lost a loyal customer..... I wish no success on your business rude and not trustworthy (falcon ridge) location.

NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT BUY FOR MEDICAL NEEDS

Cana Cabana University Drive Lethbridge . I bought medical cannabis there, 2 disposable, one CBD and one THC and CBD. When I got home one of them didn'twork and i have problem with charging the other one; and they refused to exchanged it for another one even with the
receipt because i did not have the bag. I am not spending my hard working money at that store again.

get me my order the first time. I am not
spending my family needs at that stote. Be cautious because some are ripping you off.

all the bad reviews are correct. I am an elite member and was told not to worry about my renew date as i would be notified by staff. to my embarassment in line was told your membership has expired a few days ago.i asked if they could do the elite sale tonight and the manager said no. this is not good for business . very poor decision as ill take my business elseware.

Corporate chooses to have staff insult customers.

Constantly out of stock. On top of that, corporate maes them ID every single person that walks through the door. I've been a devout customer for more than 3 years, know the staff, and am almost 50 years old, yet the staff, apologetically checks my ID every damn time I go there. I will not be returning.
