PGR’s = poison

All there weed is cultivated/grown with PGR’s same with every other government owned dispensary. I would suggest to get your ganja from someone who grows it or quit

Rideau Street Store hardly EVER has…

Rideau Street Store hardly EVER has what's on their web site. Stood inline for 20 minutes for nothing to find that all 7 products I wanted where not available right from pre-rolls to vape battery vape cartridge. Good Stores get SHUT DOWN. Shitty Stores get left alone lol too funny.

The staff at the Henderson location are…

The staff at the Henderson location are terrible. The old staff were wonderful always upbeat & friendly. This newer employee, employee number is 5689 is horrible she doesn’t know how to read a room, has no customer service skills period. We are elite members that are now not coming back. Another lost customer.

Barrie on Cundles

I've been a customer since the location and have never had any reason for complaining, with Katie, Leah, Mitch, and the rest of the staff, always being extremely helpful and kind.
When the store is empty, my ID is checked right away. Any time the store has been busy where I've had to wait for my ID to be checked, they still make sure to still acknowledge me while I wait (they greet anyone waiting and say they'll check everyone's ID once they're free, and then explain how you'll be helped after any customers ahead of you).

Scummy
Lying and wasting my time.
Asked about a product, and told me it was good.
Purchased said product. Only to open it and find its OLD DRY , YELLOWING weed.
Store told me they "cant" replace it if its open"
HOW ELSE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW IDIOTS ?!
Absolutely scummy and predatory.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cambridge, Ontario store with my first visit. Both Wife and I are 60, and Surely do not look under 25. Refused my wife even entering store with myself to make a purchase. Well VIP received my $143 in business today, and not one penny will ever be spent in a Canna Cabana Store. Thanks for nothing Mr. worst bud tender I have ever dealt with. We have been to at least 20 different stores, and never ever have we been refused service. Worst experience for purchasing from an OCS store. Here are posted Rules for Ontario...."Under 25" Rule: Retailers are required to ask for ID from anyone who appears under 25 years old. Poor excuse for a bud tender really needs to learn his job!!!!!

Don't even waste your time with these guys order from dank hub chronic 519 or green leaf better prices better bud for better prices not to mention they at least have the weight of the product not just the price like canna cabana

SO FRIENDLY

Hey there, I want to give a shout out to employee 5571. She was SO nice when I went to my location. Everytime I go to canna cabana, its a great experience. I love the people and I think they all need a shout out for being so awesome.

Fix your website

I think it's unacceptable to have reports of very basic functionality on the website not working, going back several years. You currently cannot even check out lol. You can't change your profile. Stock is wrong, filters don't work. Looks like it was outsourced or built by someone's kid. There are buggy messes and then there is "never worked in the first place". Totally embarrassing if you're trying to look like a legit business.

I found Canna Cabana accidentally while travelling to Sauble Beach Ontario making a petrol stop. Staff and pricing there were exceptional. I then searched for a Canna Cabana near me and discovered one on Keele St, I’m a pensioner and have always preferred alternative medicine; Wintana, Ameera, Austin Suba, Jave, Austin, just to name a few whom have been nothing but kind, provided the best customer service and I’ve always been given the best price possible.
Love this place, please check it out!

They just change the rules regarding the Elite program - after they take my money
Never enough staff
The staff the do have are miserable because of corporate rules
Used to go all the time
Never again.

Store quality going down and…

Store quality going down and plummeting. Management went from okay to horrible, whoever that new "manager" is he's completely useless(definitely a DEI hire -_-). He is never at the store or around even when he directly tells you a time to meet at, the staff are always confused as to whether he's coming in that day or not. When he is there he's still no help and doesn't seem to know anything about anything. There's a couple great staff that i encountered (the tall brown guy, the guy with the locs, the lady with the nice eyes) the rest need retraining. Was there earlier last month and recently over the weekend and the store looked sad, empty shelves, no products and employees that look lost.I couldn't tell if a red hair woman in there worked there or not because I'm standing in a line that's almost out the door and she's standing in the corner of the store acting like she doesn't see the line meanwhile the guys behind the counter are trying their best to serve people. Reflection of the incompetence that is the management at this location. DO BETTER!

It’s too bad I have to give it even one star I think it’s totally ridiculous that you physically have to have an ID card for some camera to scan it when you can physically see that I am 60 years old and more than of age to buy marijuana but if you guys want to use a stupid policy like this and forced customers to do this in an age that people live with a digital wallet in their phone and often don’t carry ID then you will lose sales. You definitely lost my $300.00+ sales a month I’ll never step into a canna cabana for the rest of my life if it was the last pot shop on the planet. at some point, you people in charge need to realize you’re a spec in an ocean full of pot shops ffs it’s almost like Tim Hortons. There’s one on every corner so my money is now going up the street two blocks the other way to one plant or to Sessions cannabis or to the third shop down the street the other way because of your stupid policy, people don’t wanna have to do this shit and you can claim whatever you want for your reason for doing it but understand you’re one a very few doing this most other places, the budtender is trusted enough to look at the id with his own eyes and not have to rely on a camera… i’ll be passing this on to anybody I cross paths with considering a purchase in one of your locations
