Inventory issues
They're website inventory is never accurate to what is actually avaliable in any store. Very frustrating to get to the store and be told we don't have that. I don't have issues with other pot stores online inventory. Get it together Canna Cabana.

60+ email thread chain, couldn't use elite membership for almost the entire time and agents and managers are useless just pretending to resolve but do nothing for almost a year and can't figure out issues like this as if it's rocket science. Like many others have said day far away, as they will steal your time and money. Especially agent Lewis Clark who gatekeeps manager requests as if their life depends on it. Aug 2024 and the issue of compensation for the time I couldn't use the $30 elite membership...again it's principle not cost. Absolutely the worst customer service agents and company.

So once again, I’m very disappointed in the Canna cabana and Martensville. I am an elite member for the past two years and I showed up there at 6:45 PM and they’re supposed to be open till seven and I knocked on the door and I was told we’re closed. I said actually it’s only 647 open the door and nobody open the door..

I’ve been going to Canna cabana since they opened really liked going to the store but the last year or so their website has nothing but lies when you get to the store. The product on the website is always sold out when it says they have 10 and 12 in stock And I do not like their new policy to pay for a membership just to get good quality weed if you do not pay for a membership, you have to buy the rest of the garbage they sell for this reason I will never return to their store again unless they do away with their membership charge I’ve never seen anything so greedy and ridiculous in my life And it’s terrible about all the bad reviews. You read on them about this membership and the way they treat their employees.

I’ve been a repeat customer of theirs for years. I’ve seen many products come and go, favourites of mine. Finally I find a decent deal for 2 x 1g pre rolls. They were around $9. Then they started to jack up the price , over $11. BUT if you get the elite, you can get them at their regular price. So they sucked me in. For the first two weeks, I couldn’t find my favorite. Always said ‘we didn’t get any’.
Finally after 3 weeks, I got some. Went back a few days later, same damn thing. They’re out! Unbelievable.
I started giving my business to bluebird. As their price is $8.99 for the same without any membership. And imagine I got the elite thru canna at the end of March. Barely been able to use it to its full potential.
I will never step foot in that place again. Staff are nice but the management, they don’t care. Stay away from elite. It isn’t worth it.
Oh and I put in a complaint to canna. Do you think I ever got a response? Nope!
I’d really like my money back from canna for the elite program but highly doubt they will. Greedy company.

I went to Canna Cabana about two weeks ago. It was Monday and the shelves were bare. I decided I would take a look anyway and picked a bag called big bag of buds. The member price was 82.00 but at the till it was 92.00 plus tax. When I brought the advertisement price to their attention the made nonsense excuses and said they couldn't do anything about it. STOP PRICE BAITING NOW!! Canna cabana is a cheating scam. Goodbye Canna cabana. Stop hiring people who don't know the products.

The website time was incorrect it said one until 2am, the communication was terrible the supervisor gave lots of attitude when I called, not much help at all the refund time in days is ridiculous and the delivery takes hours longer then the original time it is supposed arrive. Just all bull for something so simple.

If I could give less I would. Was looking for a disposable pen just to save money for the week. The employee had no idea how to help me find one that I wanted. She didn't know anything about them she said because she doesn't use disposable pens. Am I wrong to expect her to know her products well enough to be able to help me find what I'm looking for? I turned towards the door to leave, saying to my partner that I want to go to the other location because she doesn't know anything here. There were two women working and they both immediately got hostile and started swearing at me and insulting me and telling me I'm wrong for expecting the employee to know what she is selling. A simple google search will show you what most of those products look like once you unwrap them. In my jobs I have always been expected to learn thoroughly about every product I sold, so that I would be able to successfully sell the correct product to the correct customer. Even if you don't know what everything looks like, you should at least know enough to be able to help a customer pick an appropriate item out.
Disrespectful and rude employee
I purchased some weed from canna cabana on Wellesley. There was a short black female employee to me but she was very rude, disrespectful and ill mannered. Talk to your employees and make them aware that the customers coming to buy from canna cabana should be treated with respect. If canna cabana wants me to keep buying from them because I hate being disrespected.

Product discrepancy not their problem
I am a Canna Cabana member, and I loyally frequent 3 different locations. I discovered a very big discrepancy with an order. I took photos, and I went to the store (Markdale location, Assistant Manager "Justin"). I made it clear that I wasn't asking for anything, I simply wanted to bring the discrepancy to their attention. He made it clear that it had nothing to do with them, that it wasn't his problem, and I had to contact the supplier directly (but offered no contact info or recourse). End result ... they select the distributors, they carry the product, they will take your $$, but they won't stand behind the product, they won't go to bat for their loyal customers, and they won't send inquiries to their own suppliers when there are issues.

Well i went to the mkenzee store today…
Well i went to the mkenzee store today excited it openes at 9am,only to find the store manager did not show up for her opening shift. Very dissapointed as this my #1 store. This is not the first time this mansger has not showed up for opening shift. I do not know how you put someone in charge who is clearly not repersenting your store in s good manner. The two gentlemen with beards are my favroite very noligable polite and always at work!!

It's not the staff's fault that you're experiencing poor service; it results from the corporation's misguided policies and insufficient training on customer service.
