Companies under this director have a reputation for not paying contractors and this is from personal experience as well as other people I have spoken to who have worked for them. I have multiple unpaid invoices from under this director so I recommend to be careful working for them/avoid completely

I contacted British Builders after having bad experiences with unreliable tradesmen in the past, and I’m genuinely glad I did.
They turned up when they said they would, explained the problem clearly, and completed the work to a good standard without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The whole process felt organised and professional from start to finish.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually communicates and stands by their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great customer service and communication

Did an electrical job for them on a property for them and was always well informed about the work needed and paid straight away aswell. Highly recommend using them great customer service.

The Agent kept in touch prior to the job being done. The engineer was punctual, very professional and thorough in his approach to the job. Very pleased, as he checked everything before he left. I highly recommend this company because of their high standards and follow up. Job Well Done!

Late evening on a Saturday.. came and sorted out the electrics as I had a leak causing them to trip out .. made all safe and got me power again ! Great service lovely guy really helpful. Working late on a Saturday and still smiling !
