John and the team gave a very detailed breakdown of all the mortgage options available, and used further discussions with me to suggest the best option for my circumstances. I've just used Bright for the second time and I'd highly recommend them. I dealt primarily with Brian to get a mortgage and he always made me feel like nothing was too much trouble - indeed as we got closer to exchange and the bank lowered their rates slightly, Brian resubmitted our application fast time to enable us to take advantage of the new rate which was great service. I shall use Bright again when the mortgage is due for renewal.

We have been using Bright Advice for years for our financial advice and they have always been great. This time we dealt with Andy Bird (with some liaison with Cyera McDonald) and as usual had a good experience in finding the right life insurance for our needs at a reasonable price. Andy was very patient with answering my questions and pleasant to deal with. Everything can be done over the telephone so saves time and was more convenient for me.
