I have been dealing with James to sort out my life insurance, he has been professional and informative throughout and ensured I have a full understanding of the policy I decided to take out. He made himself available to answer any queries I had and I would gladly use again in the future if I needed to.

His advice was invaluable and his ability to arrange finance quickly and efficiently in complex circumstance was fantastic. He liased directly with the large loan desk at a high street lender to give a private bank level of service but at a far more attractive rate.

John is absolutely brilliant I've used Bright Advice since being a first-time buyer and he's always been on hand whenever I wasnt quite sure what was happening. His knowledge is immense and knows when to apply it but also has a very empathetic understanding which really helps steady you when doing something like buying your first property.
