Why go Braw?
Full-fibre speeds up to 900Mb
Built for real life, not just speed tests. From video calls and gaming to boxsets, smart homes and big downloads, BrawBand gives your household the connection it needs to keep up.
No faff. No nonsense.
Broadband should be easy. That’s why we keep our packages straightforward, our pricing clear, and our availability checker quick to use.
Pick yer package
Whether you need an everyday connection or a proper belter of a broadband package, you can choose the option that suits your home, your habits and your budget.
Helpful Scottish support
When you need a hand, you want to speak to people who know what they’re doing. Our team is here to help you get connected and stay connected.
Built for the way Scotland actually uses the internet.
Some households need broadband for working from home. Some need it for teenagers gaming upstairs while someone else streams downstairs. Some need it for video calls, music, smart TVs, online shopping, schoolwork, cloud backups and the occasional deep dive into cat videos.
Whatever your version of online life looks like, BrawBand is designed to keep things moving smoothly.
Sofa sessions?
Stream, scroll and browse without the dreaded buffering wheel making an appearance.
Home office hero?
Keep your video calls clearer, your files moving and your working day flowing.
Serious streamer or gamer?
Give your household the speed and reliability it needs when everyone’s online at the same time.
Full fibre means proper fibre.
Not all “fibre broadband” is created equal. Older fibre-to-the-cabinet connections still rely on copper for the final stretch to your home, and that copper can slow things down. Full fibre is different because the fibre connection runs directly to the property, helping deliver faster, more reliable broadband.
That means less waiting, less buffering, fewer “is the internet down?” moments, and more time actually enjoying being online.
As rare as spotting Nessie.
We like to say our downtime is as rare as spotting Nessie - practically a myth. But behind the humour is a serious point: reliable broadband matters. Whether it’s a work call, a movie night, an online game or a quick catch-up with pals, your connection should be something you can count on.
So if life’s too short for laggy broadband, spinning wheels and big-provider palaver, it might be time to go Braw.
Stay brilliantly connected with BrawBand.

Don't get stuck thinking Virgin is the fastest anymore
The engineer was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Really straightforward switch over. We had a crossover with Virgin Fibre because we didn't want to be without a connection. My son did a test and the connection was 100% faster than Virgin. If anyone is hesitating because they have gaming kids and need high speed Internet I'd advise to just go for it. The Virgin monopoly of poor customer service, and bottlenecked fibre speed broadband is over. And it's a lot cheaper as well. No regrets. And it's a Scottish company so I know it's good.

Slight problem on the first day of installation, however, a slight resiting of the modem rectified the problem and for a week now has worked faultlessly. Every step was as agreed and the whole process was seem less. Highly recommended…

Broadband Ok, Service non existent
No real issues with broadband, albeit much slower than promised (between 160 and 260 on a 900 connection).
Problems with billing though, constant emails setting up and cancelling direct debits and then double the amount due being debited from my account - can’t login to website, password reset not working, and no one answers the phone…

I'd thought about brawband for ages but was tied into contract with other provider but I had my brawband quickly accepted and running in the space of a day & I was well informed too on the progress.
Very nice customer service provided too.
I'm happy with everything & the speeds are wot they say .
Thank you to everyone for wonderful braw service.

No problems with service
No problems with service, very fast, if checking speed on a 1gb connection use ookla and bradford or watford for speed test as others cant keep up. It's now been running for six months, and no problems. Customer service guy is great for advice, Really Can't fault it.

10/10
Everything was easy from start to installation. It was simple to order. An engineer came the week before to explain what was going to happen. On the day of installation the engineer friendly and got the job done quickly. I'm very happy brawband. I'm getting the same speeds for half the price I was paying before.

Great and efficient service
A very helpful engineer installed my brawband. Because I am disabled and had just got home from hospital, he had to move some furniture to install the router and put it back perfectly for me. Such a lovely, polite guy. Great sevice

It's been braw... had full-fibre installed around 4 weeks back, with Brawband the provider. Speeds are consistent with or exceed the offering (150mbs), and the connection has been completely reliable. Really appreciating the service to date, and the reduction in costs.

Real human connection in action
James McCourt from Brawband has restored my believe that real human touch is possible in this fast cyber competitive part of the world through the way how he dealt with my order.
I had been what I would call hoodwinked in a failed installation attempt due to miscommunication between 2 provider (see my other reviews about that) since the beginning of December, costing me quite a bit of money and nerves. James escalated my case, a stalemate in city fibre coms, and had established very quickly that there was full fibre right outside my flat after all, and the installation went ahead as planned. James took all my concerns on board, and always communicated promptly, professionally and caringly .
On the day of the installation with the cityfibre engineers he was right there on the telephone when needed, as there was an issue with the router the engineers could not resolve. He talked them through successfully. If James wouldn't have been available on the phone there and then, cityfibre engineers would have left without my service becoming live that day!!
He is still working with me to get my 'landline' installed with BrawBand. It had been quite a shock for me to find out that copper wire landlines are being phased out, and I really don't know whether I want a digital voice phone. James assured me that if I wanted it to be taken off my package, if it didn't work for me, I could cancel it without penalty.
As regards the high speed full fibre service: so far i am delighted with it. What a difference from before with Sky!
Am curious now how it will go with the digital voice phone line.
I would like to express one thing here which has nothing to do with BrawBand, on the note of landlines being phased out : since learning about that national/international phase-out I have witnessed some Senior people (like myself, too) feeling very vulnerable at the prospect having to rely on communication means depending on electricity, esp if they have no mobile signal in their home!
So I close this review with a request to all internet providers to please become innovative in finding non-electric, non-digital solutions for basic life line communications.

BrawBand fantastic
BrawBand were fantastic throughout the whole set up process. Any contact was professionally handled. So glad that I moved to them.

Fast speeds, slow install
Service it's self is top speed however installation was a hassle, failure of communication between brawband and the installation company along with obtaining planning permission was dragged out for 4 months. Happy to have the service now but could have been dealt with within the first month. An offer of reduction of price would have been nice considering the waiting time and staying with the supplier thought-out it all. Blame falls on all parties involved however*

What a difference
The setup of the fibre installation was easy and quickly done the engineers were very helpful and made no mess the whole installation was done in about an hour the only drawback was waiting on the phone line transfer the brawband team are highly recommended
