The setup of the fibre installation was easy and quickly done the engineers were very helpful and made no mess the whole installation was done in about an hour the only drawback was waiting on the phone line transfer the brawband team are highly recommended

Broadband supplied on due date and working great. Land line telephone later than I thought and after chasing up now ok. Was not informed std code required in front of local numbers.

Customer service is fantastic, I had an issue with cityfibre but Brawband kept me up to date with progress. Highly recommended.

The team went above and beyond to get me up and running after being let down by a competitor, initially give a two week appointment to connect my service but they sorted it out with in a couple days, first class service and no issues, kept in the loop with what was happening every step of the way, first class!!

The quality and speed are excellent thus far. The cost reasonable.

Ordering process was easy, being able to schedule installation well in advance, and communication prior to installation was good too. The engineers worked quickly, tidily and efficiently and all was completed in about an hour and a bit. My only gripe is that the mesh extender had no instructions with it and I had to contact support to get my phone line activated (router settings that weren’t pre-configured). All is now working fine, although speed from router to the outside world seems to go up and down more than I expected.

The Brawband operative James McCourt handled my enquiry, with complete professionalism and made sure that I was happy with outcomes. He has left an open dialogue with me, to monitor outcomes over next few days. After being with Virgin media for over 20 years, and struggling to make contact with, far less than conversing with a human being, this makes a big difference.

Absolute crap not worked correctly since I got it engineers supposed to come up no appearance left message sat to jay about Ethernet coming on and of no reply no service for 5hrs sat 2 hrs Sunday due too Ethernet will be lodging a complaint shortly 30 days notice too resolve he problem or I will be cancelling contract 🤬

Fantastic quick no mess left men were very nice and kind and talked me through everything, great service would recommend to anyone .

Fitted in a flash,super tidy,and very reliable,there seems to be a new super hero doing the rounds and it’s called “Brawbrand”…..highly recommended 10/10 from myself.

The guy's Came in removed their shoes shifted some furniture connected the wiring it didn't take long and set it up very professional left the house spotless, What a difference Brawband has made, Highly recommended.

Great communication. Router arrived swiftly. City Fibre arrived early and were finished not long after. The service was connected and up and running quicker than estimated. In the few days we've had it there's been nae bother. Audible books download in a blink. Wee fella on the console, us watching a movie and googling etc without a pause or glitch.
