click and collect hiccup
There was hiccup in the click and collect order as part was missing however the staff went out of their way to sort in out even getting the missing item from another store personally for collection the next day so just missed out on the 5 star due to the initial problem but would give them 10 stars for the rectification!

Delivery guy scratched my gate :(
The delivery guy/s scratched my gate with my delivery. It's only a small 40mm scratch, but it's a new gate that my wife spent ages selecting and installing. Just a little bit of care would have avoided this.
The service is usually exceptional. I appreciate them calling me personally to confirm delivery, rather than a SMS that other companies use.

Wood and chippings bought online
Bought online over the weekend, Bradfords called to arrange delivery on the Monday.
Driver was great, really helpful and I got a text he was arriving.

EASY ORDERING AND PERFECT DELIVERY
