Once again there was a jump in price from the initial introduction page to the payment page. However I do want the memorial coin and hope that a percentage goes to the vets.

Ordered and never received any info on…

Ordered and never received any info on shipping or when the item would arrive. 2 months after I paid and ordered I cancelled it all as the items were expensive and never received. Still waiting on a refund!

I like the products no problem with…

I like the products no problem with that. What I dislike is the the delays and the lack of respect for time sensitivity.
Your customer service rep should also reach out to let client know when something is wrong to correct it immediately.

Pop ups containing malware were automatically put on my computer.

The purchase and check out process was very smooth with no issues but then there came two separate pop ups both suggesting substantial discount and all I needed to do was click on them to accept. The first looked suspicious so I did not touch it and just as I was reading the second my Norton Service warned me that a malware had just been placed on my computer. Long story short both pop ups contained malware and after approximately an hour of Norton working to find, identify and disable the malware it said my computer was safe.

If the folks at Bradfordexchange are not aware of these pop ups which contain malware that gets placed on personal computers than I am sadly disappointed in their service. Thankfully I have great software protection otherwise my computer would not be compromised. Follow up would be appreciated.

Bogus cancellation

Order was cancelled even know i already paid, was told didn’t receive payment and yet i was reimbursed of the payment I already made back today 🤔 something not making sense

I ordered 2 personalized items on…

I ordered 2 personalized items on September 7, 2025. One item was received in December but the other was never delivered. Another item ordered on December 7, 2025 was delivered on May 12, 2026. A third item ordered on March 2, 2026 was received on May 16, 2026. No tracking information was ever provided. The items themselves were well made, as advertised.

Slow Service!

I can't understand why delivery would take almost one and a half months. Also can't check the status of my order, which is also unacceptable.

Good products and if not satisfied…

Good products and if not satisfied returns are easy . I am a repeat customer and very satisfied with what I have received so far. There is always something for everyone a wide variety of collectibles. Shipping is reasonable and products meet my expectations . If not satisfied returns. Only complaint I have had is with subscriptions and not being notified if cancelled and no longer being fulfilled.

I have only ordered from here once so…

I have only ordered from here once so far. It was great. And am using them again and probably will more in future. Notifications were consistent and delivery was good.
The products are great for individual gift giving.
