Once again there was a jump in price from the initial introduction page to the payment page. However I do want the memorial coin and hope that a percentage goes to the vets.

daughter's birthday gift cancelled without letting me know

it appears that my daughter's birthday gift was cancelled and I was not even notified. I found out when I went into the site to see the status for my order

When purchase was made, the application indicated that I would receive my item between May 18 - 26. I did not receive my item until much later and when I inquired through the online chat module, I was told to wait and it would come...I should reconnect with the system if I didn't receive it by June 1st.
This, in my mind, is completely unacceptable

I have never received my item

I have never received my item . I have emailed your department and cannot get an answer . I want my money refunded . My order went in April and I haven’t heard back.

Shipping time was very long

Shipping time was very long, ordered a necklace mar 1st and received the item may 29th.

I honestly would have given it a higher rating but I haven't received an email with information about my order and it's been almost 2 days. It would be nice to receive an email confirming my order but I never received that.

Wanted to buy one coin

Wanted to buy one coin, ended up on some subscription with coins being mailed out and billed to my credit card without me knowing anything about it or any easy way to stop it. What a scam job!!!

I cannot remember my password to check on my order! I have tried without success to get this by selecting the option on your website! It tells me constantly that it is sending me a link but to no avail no matter how many tries I have made. I have checked the email and it is correct! Will I actually get what I paid for????
