Misleading advertising

I ordered a coin I have been paying for coins because apparently it is a collection. I have not received coins that I have been charged for. I asked for a reveral you refuse. I asked for my order to be cancelled - not done. Your advertising is misleading and unfair to a consumer who has ordered products from you in the past without being victimized

My daughter ordered a birthstone…

My daughter ordered a birthstone bracelet for me for Mother's Day, I received it in June and we could not see the names of my family and hardly the stones.. I want to exchange it for another one, while on the phone with customer service they said I could not exchange it I had to return it then re-order which again will take up to 4 weeks... yet the refund card you fill out asks if you would like a different item.. when I said that the guy insisted it was wrong and I had to return then reorder which is ridiculous!

I would give them less then 0 if i…

I would give them less then 0 if i could .I end up having to block bradford exchange from our account for attempting unauthorized payments and they billed me for items i returned then put in collections. The collection agency wasnt much better then them, The items were returned and they still wanted money. This happened in 2023 but it wont allow me to post it that year

I think charging shipping costs for…

I think charging shipping costs for each individual item is ridiculous! It should be just one flat shipping cost for all products together...even better, offer free shipping with a certain total purchased.

I had a problem

I had a problem. I called to saying wasn't accepting my email address so I couldn't change my pass word. He sent me a email to change password. He wanted to disconnect, but I told him to stay till my id and password worked. He argued with me and finally said his manger was telling him to hang up! I asked to speak to her, she refused to pick up line! He hung up and the password would not work. I was very upset! Both He and his manager need retraining! The problem should resolved before the tech disconnects. And the manager should not be forcing them to do so as the customers buying power depends on weather they can log in or not! I was so angry I was not going to purchase again. I was a VIP customer till covid hit. Since then I have had nothing but problems when I want to purchase. I wanted the ring for Father's Day for my husband. But after that bother was not going to buy again! I did because someone sent me an email with change your password and it worked. But if that's your new idea of tech help and customer service you need to think about how you did it prior to covid! People were more helpful an managers were not refusing to talk to customers having problems!

Never Judge a book by its cover

Okay I'll admit, I didn't do my research until after my order was placed and a payment was taken. The awful reviews I've read made me so upset and I thought to myself "oh Gosh, whatta waste of money, I'm positive that I won't even receive my order".
I will never doubt the Bradford exchange since I received my custom order, 4 days earlier than expected by the way. When I opened the parcel, I was almost brought to tears because the detail on the ring I ordered for my mom was simply immaculate and the ring itself was done with such precision that I am overly ecstatic to present my mom her gift. I will never doubt the staff at the Bradford Exchange ever again! Thank you guys for doing an amazing job with my mom's family ring. She's going to absolutely love it! I will definitely be ordering from here in the near future, GUARANTEED! and no im not a bot nor was I paid to write this review. Thanks again BFE! Keep up the great work you're doing!
