Bad delivery, not enough information given me to try and track the order

I haven’t received my order yet.After numerous calls have been told to wait u til June 27 before anything will be done.
Not acceptable, this order was placed May 13, as a graduation gift for my granddaughter who graduated June 8 from Guelph university.
My first order with Bradford Exchange, probably my last.
Very unhappy with the answers I get from your company when I ask for help from you.
No tracking number, nothing forthcoming to track this order.

Surprised by the final cost

My perception of this whole outfit now is that I will receive an item that will be of inferior quality to what is pictured!

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. Very concerned about this and would like to receive a response from Bradford Exchange as soon as possible. If not, I would like a refund on my ring purchase.
