I ended up canceling order the original order was June 10 received an email June 16 order was getting ready for shipment 10 days later still not showing on tracking so messaged them they haven’t even started my order and now shipping date is delayed by two weeks.

Sneaky Marketing

At the closing of my transaction the offer for the extra coin was absolutely misleading!!! It gave me no opportunity to review and then nailed me for further shipping charges. Very, very deceptive and sneaky practice!! I'm actually enraged at your business practices!!!!!

It is ridiculous that the 'shipping & handling' fee is doubled when a single order for 2 items. You grab 2 identical pieces from the shelf and ship them together ... doubling the fee is unreasonable.

To bad one cannot rate with negatives!

Too bad one cannot rate with negatives. This is a complaint about their so-called Canada operations and quite frankly, it seems this Company SUCKS!

This Company has got to be the poorest excuse for a Company EVER! They cannot properly allocate Customer Funds, The Cannot return letters sent via Canada Post, they cannot even be bothered to return simple email messages.

Seems they would much rather make excuses for items ordered and which they cannot ship! Send a dozen or so bills for money not owed to them and then just to really annoy a long-time Customer, they turn an account on which there is ZERO money owing to a Slime Ball Collection Agency!

When all this brought to their attention, they promise to resolve but don't bother to call back within the time limit given

If you have or have had similar issues with these clowns, we would love to hear from you!

PS: June 18th, 2026, 1:11 PM, Bradford Mgr.? Calls, my spouse gave him till 4:00 PM to resolve the matter. He said he would do his best. It is now1:3o PM, the following day and of course just like the zero replies we got to Email, Fax and Canada Post, there has been zero calls!

After posting this yesterday, I was invited by a party at Bradford to send them information pertaining to this matter. I did, by email this AM, send the info and a 2-page summary of events and asked for a reply to the email so I could at least be assured the got it., Guess what? N O T H I N G!

June 22nd, 2026, matter is somewhat resolved. At the very least they are calling off their collection maggots. BUT no real apology for ignoring messages sent by Canada Post, Email or fax which we here, find despicable! I WISH I had noticed that almost nothing they sell has any enduring value and much of it is not worth 50% of the selling price almost immediately after it is received. The ONLY good thing that comes from all this, is, I now know better.

Lastly, it took a complaint here on Trustpilot to get any movement at all, other than for empty promises. This, all by itself speaks Volumes as to how this organisation operates! Or doesn't!
