Hi Henri,
Thanks for your candid feedback! Glad to hear you purchase and delivery went smoothly.
Regarding the excess shipping charge for the controller - we do apologize, that is not intentional. We welcome you to send us an email with your order number and brief explanation, and one of our customer service reps will work with you to see that we refund your excess shipping charges.
Apologies for the inconveniences with the shipping, and we thank you for your feedback.

Great experience
I was able to talk to a person on the phone to get advice about the HRV unit that I needed. Shipping was very fast. HRV unit is installed and works very very well. Much better than the unit that was previously in my large house.

Wesley, glad to hear our partner delivery network worked out well for you!
As you can imagine, this is a VERY big country and not every community has a terminal immediately accessible, but always nice to hear when this went well and was conveniently located to top it off!
Look forward to contributing to your next HVAC or hot water project!

Hi Gilbert,
Thanks for your email.
Where were you logged in from when visiting the website?
Our platform should automatically convert to the 'local' currency of your IP address, so if you were located outside of Canada (or VPN via another country), it is possible you were shown non-CAD prices. If you were in Canada and not using a VPN service, please do send us further information via email, as that should not be the case!
We look forward to hearing back from you and investigating why you had to convert currencies from Euros back to CAD!

Hello Long,
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback; too bad to hear our levels of support did not meet your expectations! Can you please contact our support team directly by email to aid in investigating where the communication broke down?
Currently I was not able to find any history of you emailing us or attempting to contact us via our online chat system prior to placing your order. A quick review of phone numbers on the account also showed no history of phone contact.
In the meantime, if you have successfully received your order (as records indicate), we would appreciate you updating your review with further feedback for future customers to consider.
Thanks in advance; we look forward to receiving further feedback from you.
