I am a OnePlus user but of course no official store in Australia. I was sceptical at first but felt assured after a bit of a chat on the website and that I paid through PayPal. My order was posted 3 business days after placing, and arrived 2 days after that. I did have to ask for tracking number which could have been automatically updated really but overall happy with the service. Phone is great and exactly as ordered.

I haven't received the item yet but the customer service is really good & instant & they will do their best to get my order on the road today express post guaranteed 3-4 business days. Price was also good & site was really easy to navigate. I'd recommend this seller

Agger was quick to respond on 1st enquiry and from then on it only took 5 working days after payment (around Easter) from HK to have my Xiaomi 14 delivered to my door. If their warranty (If needed) is as responsive as their sales service then I will give that 5 stars as well. Hopefully that won't be necessary.

I will be traveling very soon in less than a week, so I need a brand new phone asap. I've been searching, but most websites and the phone itself are a disappointment.
