Member Wizard is a membership management system especially designed for not for profits and other similar organisations to be a one stop shop for managing their entire operations. It contains a membership management, finance, event and class/course management, document archival and and communications management. There is an optional website linked into the member management system. All members have access to a Member Portal to manage their own membership, view secure documents, pay any outstanding amounts and view their membership financial records. Those running classes or events can provide their members with class and event resources via the Member Portal. Tutors/Instructors can mark attendance online. A digital member card provides ability to scan member cards to check event registration, mark class attendance and view member details. It is a complete solution to managing your member based organisation. All data and development is based in Australia, this is a cloud based solution so you can access your account anywhere there is internet connection on any device. All support is provided free of charge via Zoom, email and mobile from within Australia. Members are imported free, only active members are charged as part of your subscription and you are given 3 months to use and evaluate the system before committing to subscribe.
