Having tried most other local agents I can say if you want an agent that goes the extra mile then look no further thi agent will get your property sold no matter how difficult the process

The whole team at Ben Rose pulled out all the stops during the sale of my late mothers bungalow. Pictures taken on Wednesday, sale went live on Thursday, board went up on Friday, 7 viewings on Saturday and 3 good offers made on Monday, 1 of which we accepted. From the initial call to Ben Rose, and Simons first visit to the property, it only took about 8 weeks for the sale to complete and the funds to land in my bank account. Terrific!! Very much under promised and over delivered. I would highly recommend Ben Rose if you are looking to sell. Great work. Thanks for all your efforts.

Absolutely amazing estate agents very professional helpful and Kathryn and Sophie were on hand to help with any questions or problems. Catherine’s customer service was brilliant and I’m still amazed how quickly my property was advertised online from taking the photographs! Aaron did a great job and his eye for detail is amazing. A week ago I ring two times to Ben Rose agency to arrange viewings for the 2 bedroom bungalow on Kellet avenue Leyland I am really want to buy this bungalow. They two times promising me to ring back. And nobody ring me back. And bungalow still for sale. Think 20 times before you advertise your house for sale with them.

Ben Rose were recommended to me but I haven’t been entirely satisfied with the service.
I feel , aside from the excellent photos , there has been very little support or feedback from the staff. I can go weeks without a call and have often felt patronised by the office staff.

Really disappointed with customer service.
I would not recommend them at all.

After 2 previous estate agents failed to sell our property, we moved to Ben Rose who sold our property within 5 weeks. The staff were very helpful every step of the way, especially Tammy who helped us with our onward purchase. Thankyou all for your hard work. We would definitely use again if we were ever to move again.

From first meeting the sales team we new Ben Rose was the agents we wanted to rent our property for us. They gave us some good advise on what we should do prior to letting and they took over from there. We took the full package for them to look after it for us and all has worked very well.

Best estate agents in the area. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Their advice throughout has been invaluable and we really did receive a personal service not like another number like other estate agents!
